Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will assist in month end closings, journal entries preparation and general ledger reconciliations.

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to assist in month end closings, journal entries preparation and general ledger reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have a mix of public and private experience in accountancy.


  • Prepares journal entries and monthly balance sheet accounts reconciliations
  • Prepares bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
  • Participates in month end closings and general ledger account analysis
  • Prepares revenue recognition workpaper
  • Responsible for A/R and collections
  • Performs payroll and related functions
  • Assists in year-end audits
  • Assists in internal controls governance
  • Performs other finance and accounting functions ad hoc


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 3 plus years of accounting experience
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and some IFRS
  • Experience in contract analysis for revenue recognition, knowledge on ASC 606/IFRS 15
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience in payroll processing
  • Ability to meet deadlines


  • 1-2 years in public accounting preferred
  • A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable
