Our Shanghai facility is CAP-, CLIA- and California-certified for clinical grade, next-generation sequencing. We guarantee %bases Q30>80 of bases using the HiSeq 2500 (2x100bp), but with our standard quality control checks and strict operating procedures, we routinely exceed the performance guidance of our instruments and reagents.
